Attendee Registration: A cancellation fee of $5 of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 10/1/18-2/28/19 before the annual conference. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 2/28/19. A replacement attendee may be sent in place.
Exhibitor Registration: No refund will be issued for cancellations.
